FJK Dance’s Annual Fundraiser — “From the Community to the Stage”

An Evening of Dance, Visual Art & Community

FJK Dance invites you to an unforgettable evening celebrating art, healing, and human connection. Our Annual Fundraiser brings together dance, visual art, and community engagement to honor the powerful partnership between FJK Dance, Kings County Hospital, and the New York State Office of Mental Health. Through the generous support of our donors and sponsors, this collaboration continues to make a profound impact—fighting stigma, promoting wellness, and using the arts as a catalyst for healing and inclusion.

This year’s event also marks the launch of our 2026 Community Outreach Program, From the Community to the Stage, a creative initiative inspired by the voices and experiences of those we serve. Through workshops, performances, and participatory art-making, this program transforms stories of resilience into works of movement and meaning—reminding us that creativity is both personal and collective.

The full value of this ticket is a tax-deductible donation to support the production of our Season 2026

7:30 PM - 9:30PM Performance followed by a reception

Join us as we honor a decade of artistic excellence and celebrate the power of unity through dance. This program will feature Fadi J Khoury’s cross-cultural dialogue in choreography and visual art, a special guest performance by Sevin Ceviker – Cofounder and founding member of FJK Dance, and the world premiere of Ayah; a multimedia piece combining live painting and dance.

Experience with us an unforgettable evening as FJK Dance proudly celebrates its 10th Anniversary performance, a testament to the resilience and triumph of cultural exchange through movement and visual art. Since its inception, FJK Dance has captivated audiences worldwide with its innovative blend of diverse dance styles and visual aesthetics, transcending boundaries and fostering meaningful cross-cultural dialogue.
