An immersive experience  featuring the fusion of culture and dance in Fadi J Khoury's choreography and artistic collaborations. The event will feature the performance of ECHOES a repertory piece, as well as new collaborations inspired by our residency work at Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn NY, followed by a talk back and reception.

Featuring Echoes

A contemporary ballet  premiered in 2017 and inspired by “Dabke,” a folkloric traditional Bedouin dance from the mountains of Lebanon and Syria. Music is based on Middle Eastern drums and percussion instruments with electric based sounds and rhythms composed by Shamou, a Persian American composer, along with folk pieces by Ihsan al Munzir and more
